					Hemlock Valley Equine Rescue is a non profit that acquires abused and neglected horses by donation, State confiscation, or by purchase. Hemlock Valley Equine Rescue is licensed by the Animal Welfare Program of the State of Maine based on the Animal Welfare Program's veterinarian inspection of its facilities.
			Mission Statement:
					The mission of Hemlock Valley Equine Rescue, Inc. (Hemlock Valley) is to protect, rescue and rehabilitate equine (horse, pony, mule or donkey). Our primary focus is the State of Maine.
